Swanand Construction Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture of owners of Siddheshwar Builders - Prop. A young dynamic dreamer, Santosh Shringarpure and equally capable Partner Pratosh Singh (B.E. Civil). Siddheshwar Builders are a renowned name in construction Industry.

The organisation was incepted in 1996 with one and only aim to built quality projects. In the span of eight years the orgination has completed many prestigious projects such as Paneri Complex Chintamani Complex ( A & B ), Ram-Sita Complex, Sai Shraddha Complex, Sai Krupa Complex, Raj Mangal Yog, Keshav Smruti, Nalini Complex, Datta Digambar Complex, Chandika Devi Complex, Vallabh Complex and many more.
